Every day, DISCORDIA covers thousands of kilometres.

On Europe’s roads. By sea. By air. By rail.

Behind every one of those kilometres are people. Drivers behind the wheel. Colleagues who find customers, organise shipments, plan routes, solve problems and keep the business moving.

From 19 October to 13 December, all these kilometres serve an additional purpose. Supporting education. Empowering young people. Shaping the future of transport.

Why are we doing this?

Investing in the people who will one day keep transport moving.

Because we believe the most meaningful investment in the future of transport is an investment in the people who will shape it.

Transport is changing. Trucks, technologies and systems are becoming ever more advanced, but developing skilled professionals takes more than textbooks. Young people need hands-on experience, a real working environment and opportunities to put what they learn into practice.

Through “KILOMETRES WITH PURPOSE”, we want our everyday work to make a difference beyond our business. To turn the kilometres we cover into practical skills, greater opportunities and a stronger start for the next generation of professionals.

Which kilometres count?

All of them.

The campaign includes kilometres generated by every DISCORDIA business division.

This means we all contribute to the total: sales teams, operations teams, dispatchers, drivers, technical and service support, administration, IT, finance and every other colleague who helps turn a deal into a successful delivery each day.

How do we turn kilometres into a donation?

It’s simple:

Our office teams create opportunities. Our drivers turn plans into kilometres on the road. Our customers place their trust in us as their transport partner.

Where will the funds go?

Hristo Botev Vocational High School of Technology and Management in Botevgrad.

Following a vote among DISCORDIA’s office teams and drivers, we chose the cause we will support together. The funds raised through “KILOMETRES WITH PURPOSE” will help improve the school’s facilities, creating more opportunities for hands-on training and building confidence on the road.

Because there is a world of difference between reading about how something is done and having a place to actually do it. We want students to learn in an environment that brings them closer to real work in the transport sector. To practise. To make mistakes. To try again. To build the confidence and skills they will use in their future careers.

Today’s students are tomorrow’s professionals, on the road and across the transport sector.

We keep the kilometres rolling

Until 13 December, every trip, every deal and every kilometre will bring us closer to our shared goal.

The number on the counter reflects more than distance. It represents the efforts of every one of us.

And when the campaign ends, we will measure its success not only in kilometres and euros, but in the opportunities we have created along the way.
